• Validity: Formal quotations issued by our sales engineering team are valid for the timeframe specified in the quotation document (typically 30 calendar days) and remain subject to raw material and exchange rate fluctuations where imported goods are involved.
• Inspection & Test Certificates: Where required by contract, Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), hydrostatic test records, or third-party inspection (TPI) by agencies such as Lloyd's, Bureau Veritas, DNV, or TUV shall be specified prior to order acceptance.
• Taxes & Duties: All supply contracts within India are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under GSTIN: 37AHLPT0612P1ZT.

4. Manufacturer Warranties & Representation

Sri Ratnam Enterprises operates as an authorized distributor, dealer, and channel supply partner for foreign and domestic manufacturers. All equipment warranties, technical ratings (such as ASME pressure classes, IP protection classes, and UL certifications) are backed directly by the respective primary manufacturers. SRE assists clients in processing warranty claims and factory support.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Brand names, registered trademarks, logos, and technical catalog excerpts referenced on this website (including Hummel, Anchor, SKF, FAG, NTN, and client marks) remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. Their reference on this website is for identification, distribution, and project reference purposes.
